WHEELS & TYRES

I am currently running on 16 inch ROH Adrenaline in Shadow Chrome. The rubber is Toyo Trampio GU:WN 205-45-16 87W. The ROH wheels have completely changed the character of the car, it now look a lot more agressive and definetly attracts more attention.

The performance benefit comes in two ways. Firstly traction and grip has improved due to the increase in tyre width (up from 195 to 205) and seconly, the lower 45 series profile tires has improved steering response. The offset of the rim combined with the wider rubber has also effectively increased the track of the car which has also improved the steering response and high speed stability. The only downside of is that the wheel and tire combination has increased unsprung weight which would no doubt impact upon acceleration to some degree.
